When Planning a Visit to Lakeside Inn of Mount Dora, Overnight Guests and Visitors Should Be Aware of the Inn’s Standard Policies Regarding Reservation Procedures, the Accommodations and General Safety Reminders

Room Reservations:

  • A one night deposit is required on all reservations
  • Packages are paid in full at the time the reservation is made
  • Room rates are based on double occupancy.
  • Additional guests are $15.00 each
  • Children 17 and under are no charge with parents
  • Taxes and surcharges are 13% on all rates

  • Dogs under 25lbs are permitted in our Sunset Building
  • There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $50.00 plus tax per visit
  • Room damages from pet will result in the estimated cost of repair or replacement.
  • NO cats or exotic pets

Room Cancellations:

  • 48 hour cancellation policy on general reservations
  • 72 hour cancellation policy on packages
  • 10 day cancellation policy on all festivals, events and holidays
  • If cancel is made prior to the policy the one night deposit is refunded in full
  • If cancel is within the policy the one night deposit is forfeited
  • Reservation dates may be changed without loss of deposit
